We ask that return shipping be paid for by the customer.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Soaps: Due to the nature of the product soups are not returnable; however, if you believe you received a damaged product please contact our support team within 48 hours of your delivery and we will work to find a solution.

Pouters Note: All Vella Collection candles are handmade with 100% soy way, so you may notice slight variations in color from candle to candle. This is common with 100% natural materials and does not affect the quality of your product. Also, Vella Collection is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returned or exchanged products.
